Channel 4 News launches Apple app

UK broadcaster Channel 4’s flagship news show, Channel 4 News, is launching an app for iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch.

The app, which will be available from tomorrow, will deliver features including presenter Jon Snow’s Snowblog and catch-up videos from the past seven days. Special reports and galleries will be available for the iPad version.

The app will also allow users to share content through social networks and email. An Android version is also in the pipeline.
