â¨Orange has signed a deal with Samsung to offer content to connected devices across Europe.â¨
The Orange portal will offer information from Orange Sport, the news aggregation service 2424actu, radio service Liveradio, an enhanced programme guide, trailers for weekly cinema releases and free content from Orange Cinema Series channels. More services and content will be added to the Orange portal in the coming months. â¨
The portal will launch in France within weeks on Samsung Smart TVs and Samsung Blu-ray players before being rolled out across other European countries where Orange is present from the second half of 2011.â¨
We are very proud of this collaboration with Orange, which enhances the offer of services and content available on our Smart TVs”, said Philippe Barthelet, executive vice-president of Samsung Electronics France. ÂAccess to the Orange portal is also part of our desire to develop local partnerships with a view to boosting the audiovisual experience of our customers in FranceÂ.
