Polish media holding company ITI Group is reviewing its options over the future of TVN Group, the company has said.
Responding to local media speculation about a possible sale of the business, including pay TV operator ÂnÂ, ITI Group said that it, along with financial advisors JP Morgan and Nomura, was Âreviewing its strategic options regarding its controlling stake in [TVN]Â. However, it said that Âno decision has yet been taken with regard to any potential sale.Â
As well as broadcaster TVN and pay TV platform ÂnÂ, ITI Group also owns Polish internet portal Onet.pl.
