TV4 renews Europa League deal

Swedish broadcaster TV4 Group has extended its exclusive broadcasting rights to the UEFA Europa League for another three years from the 2012/2013 season to the 2014/2015 season.

TV4 Sport has aired Europa League matches since 2009. The new deal covers all platforms and includes HD broadcasts.

“With the purchase of the Europa League, we are continuing our investment in both Swedish and international club football and look forward to building an even stronger tournament,” said Hans Pekkari, head of sports, TV4 Group.
