Orange to air Monaco royal wedding in 3D

French telco and pay TV operator Orange will broadcast this weekend’s marriage of Prince Albert of Monaco and Charléne Wittstock in 3D.

The wedding, which takes place on Saturday, will be delivered in 3D to Orange’s platform in France, Spain and Poland. Coverage will begin at 15:00 and include the arrival of the guests, the religious ceremony and the exchange of vows. Before the wedding, Orange will also air a 10-minute highlight package of last month’s wedding between Prince William and Kate Middleton in the UK in 3D.
