Lithuanian service provider TEO has launched a new customer care centre in Vilnius, with a mission to deliver advice and information as the country moves towards digital switchover.
Digital switchover is set to take place in Lithuania next year. TEO consultants at the centre, in which the company has invested over LTL1 million (290,000), will offer advice on which TVs are suitable for digital TV, what additional equipment may be necessary, and will introduce customers to the services provided by TEO.
The company currently operates 16 customer centres around the country.
