Netgem to supply Virgin Box TV

Set-top box and gateway provider Netgem has struck a deal with MVNO Virgin Mobile France to supply consumer premises equipment for the launch of the latter’s Virgin Box TV offering.

Netgem will provide hardware and software to enable Virgin Mobile France subscribers to access quad-play services. The operator plans to launch the new services in early 2012, using SFR’s ADSL network.
