RCS&RDS gives fixed customers free access to Wi-Fi hotspots

Romanian service provider RCS&RDS has made its Digi Wi-Fi service free of charge to all residential fixed-line fibre internet subscribers.

Any customer subscribing to Digi Net Fiberlink or Digi Net Fiberlink 2, offering up to 50Mbps and 100Mbps respectively, wil now have access to free and unlimited access to the internet in Digi Wi-Fi locations around the country. The company has installed hotspots in Bucharest, Bihor, Brasov, Mures, Arges, Sibiu and along the Black Sea coast, and plans to expand to another 40 cities in Romania.
