Telefónica-owned German IPTV service provider Alice has revamped its IPTV offering by introducing two new packages and ending the need to purchase and rent equipment in favour of a one-time 20 activation fee.
Alice TV will now offer basic and premium packages, with the former (including an HD set-top) available for Â7.90 a month and the latter available for Â11.90, including an HD DVR. Customers who sign up to a 24-month contract by the end of September will have the activation fee waived and receive the TV service for free for the first three months.Â
