Conax targets smaller operators with Contego Lite

Conax has launched a new entry-level version of its Contego conditional access system to target smaller pay TV operators.


The content security specialist will announce details of Contego Lite at Communicasia in Singapore on July 21. “Conax is excited about the reaction of our new entry-level content protection solution in the Asian market,” said Are Mathisen, vice-president Asia sales, Conax. “The beauty of Conax Contego Lite is that it will provide an option for smaller operations to get on board, taking advantage of the full security benefits of the complete Conax Contego platform.”
Conax launched Contego, the latest version of its conditional access system, during last year’s IBC show.
