Zon TV Cabo to launch TV everywhere service

Portuguese pay TV operator Zon Multimédia’s cable arm, Zon TV Cabo, is to launch a TV everywhere service using a technology platform provided by US-based NeuLion.

Zon, which recently launched IRIS, a new interactive TV interface based on technology from NDS, plans to launch a multi-platform over-the-top TV service as the next stage in its development. The company aims to use NeuLion’s platform to deliver a range of TV service to consumer devices.
