Telenet increases bond offering

Belgian cable operator Telenet has increased its planned 10-year bond offering from €300 million to €400 million as a result of high demand.

The operator’s independent Luxembourg-based finance arm has priced the €400 million senior secured floating rate notes, due to mature in June 2021, which will bear interest at the three-month EURIBOR rate, reset quarterly, plus 3.875%.
