Panasonic using ARM technology in connected TV SoC

Silicon specialist ARM’s Cortex-A9 is to be part of Panasonic’s UniPhier system-on-a-chip for internet connected digital TVs.

Panasonic’s new UniPhier MN2WS0220 SoC includes dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 MPCore processors, ARM CoreLink NIC-301 network interconnect and the ARM Cortex-A9 processor optimization pack for low-power process.
