Free accused of blocking rivals

French ISP Free has been accused by rivals of blocking the development of fibre network in densely populated areas.

Orange and SFR have complained to telecom regulator ARCEP that Free has not allowed them to commercialize their offers on its network, principally in the Paris area. Free meanwhile has launched a complaint of its own against Orange.
