Zon launches multimedia music service

Portuguese pay TV operator Zon Multimédia has launched Zon Música, a new multi-platform music service, giving access to seven million tracks for computers and iPhones, as well as 3,500 videos, 130 live concerts and 50 thematic playlists on TV.

Zon Música Ilimitado will be made available as part of the Zon Videoclube video-on-demand service for a monthly subscription of €5. The service will also include documentaries and karaoke. A widget with themed playlists will be available via the Zon Box.

An additional service, MyWay, will be available free of charge offering a selection of music organized by genre, while a €9.99 premium version will give access to news and live concert schedules, music on-demand and exclusive content.
