Free/Iliad in bond issue

French ISP Free/Iliad Telecom has completed a €500 million bond issue.

The five year bond, bearing interest of 4.875%, will allow the company to diversify its funding and extend the maturity of its debt. Iliad said the bond issue had been oversubscribed, demonstrating the confidence investors had in its business.

Crédit Agricole CIB, HSBC, Natixis and Société Générale CIB led the bond issue, with BNPP, Santander and WestLB acting as co-leads.
