Tvinci powers new Dutch online TV platform

Over-the-top pay TV technology specialist Tvinci is powering Filmotech’s recently launched Dutch online video portal, Ximon.nl.

The pay TV service offers a range of content, including recent and classic films, documentaries and TV series on PCs and Macs. Ximon uses Tvinci’s interactive social engagement features which have been integrated with a local payment system called ideal.

The services will eventually be made available on connected devices including smartphones and connected TV. An additional 1,500 hours of content is also due to be added to the service within the next 12 months.
