Unitymedia continues upgrade path

Unitymedia will complete the upgrade of its network in the Bergische and Büren regions this week.

The upgrade means the German cable operator will be able to offer broadband speeds of up to 128Mbps and digital TV services in the towns of Büren and Geseke, Gummersbach, Engelskirchen, Waldbröl and Wipperfürth. Upgrade work will be complete by May 30, Unitymedia said.
