BT Vision adds 30,000

BT Vision has added 30,000 subscribers to BT Vision in the quarter to end-March. The telco’s IPTV service now has 575,000 subscribers.

BT said it enhanced the service in the quarter, adding BBC catch-up service, iPlayer and making downloads of high-definition content faster.


The telco recorded annual revenues, for the year to end-March, of £20.9 billion (€23.9 billion), a 4% decrease year-on-year. Pre-tax profit was £2.1 billion, a 20% increase year-on-year.
