Polish pay TV operator Cyfrowy Polsat has expanded its HSPA Plus mobile broadband coverage to 10 new cities.
Thanks to the implementation of 47 new base stations, Cyfrowy Polsats Aero2 service is now available in the cities of Jarocin, KÄtrzyn, Knurów, Konin, KoÅcierzyna, Legnica, Åuków, Stargard SzczeciÅski, WaÅbrzych and ZduÅska Wola.
Cyfrowy Polsat is also moving forward with its trial of LTE-based services, set to conclude at the end of June. The company aims to be the first provider of LTE services in Poland, providing mobile broadband download speeds of up to 100Mbps.
