UK cable operator Virgin Media has announced the repurchase of 166,000 shares of common stock on May 2 as a part of its capital return program previously announced on July 28.
The highest price paid per share was US$30.25 (20) and the lowest price was US$30.06. The repurchased shares will be cancelled, Virgin Media said.
As of May 2, the number of shares of common stock issued and outstanding is 317,714,343.Â
