Euronews launches on Spanish DTT

European news broadcaster Euronews is to launch on digital terrestrial television in Spain after striking a deal with channel operator La 10.

The news channel will air a daily programming block on the La 10 channel, which operates on the Spanish DTT service Vocento. The block, which will run three times a day for a total of one and a half hours, will allow an additional 17 million Spanish households to watch Euronews’ content.
