SuperSport retains Champions League

South Africa-based SuperSport has retained the rights to broadcast UEFA Champions League football in sub-Saharan Africa for the three seasons between 2012 and 2015.

SuperSport will broadcast coverage of four Champions League matches live each night and will also broadcast highlights of the competition. The channel will also air coverage of four Europa League matches and highlights.

Some free-to-air rights to Champions League Wednesday first match pick and highlights and Europa League first match pick have still to be awarded.
