â¨Indian broadcaster UTV is launching two of its channels in the Middle East after striking a deal with local pay TV operator Etisalat.
The broadcaster is launching UTV Movies and youth channel UTV Bindass in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) as part of its drive to expand internationally. The channels will be available via the e-Life and e-Vision packages. â¨
“The Middle East is a very important and challenging market for Indian television and we are pleased to join hands with Etisalat for distributing our content to the prominent and significant South Asian Diaspora resident in the United Arab Emirates,” said UTV chief executive Mr Anand.
