Over nine out of 10 French households were equipped to receive digital TV at the end of 2010, according to figures released by regulator the CSA.
Only 6.1% of French households in French regions set for digital switchover this year still receive analogue TV services. In regions that achieved terrestrial digital switchover last year, meanwhile, four out of five second sets in homes are now equipped to receive digital signals.
Some 60.2% of households have chosen to receive DTT signals, up 11.9% year-on-year.Â
