Russian service provider MTS has completed the absorption of the former Comstar-UTS and the latter has ceased to exist as a separate legal entity.
Ordinary shares in Comstar have been converted into ordinary shares in MTS at a rate of 0.825 MTS shares per Comstar share. In total, some 98,853,996 Comstar shares were converted into 73,087,006 MTS shares, leading the latters share capital to increase to 2,066,413,144 ordinary shares.Â
