Polish cable operator Multimedia Polska had 1.31 million revenue generating units at the end of September, up 9% year-on-year, including 127,000 digital TV subscribers, up 14,000 quarter-on-quarter.
Multimedia Polska had 718,000 TV customers at the end of the quarter. The company had 245,000 telephony customers, up 16%, while broadband customers numbered 351,000, up 13% year-on-year. Triple-play customers numbered 97,000, up 15%, while double-play subscribers numbered 225,000, up 8%.
The cable operator said that the average customer now took 1.91 services, up from 1.79 a year ago, with average revenue per user standing at PLN67 (17), up from PLN63.7 a year earlier.
Multimedia Polska reported adjusted EBITDA of PLN75.3 million for the third quarter, up 10%, on revenues of PLN141.6 million, up 7%.
The cable operator said that the results were in line with its expectations, with low churn and strong cost control expected to lead to higher revenues and margins in the coming months.
