KabelKiosk boosts Italian package

Eutelsat’s KabelKiosk headend-in-the-sky service for cable German operators is expanding its package of Italian channels.

The service will now comprise seven channels including the Mediaset Italia channel comprising the best shows from Italia 1, Rete 4 and Canale 5. The Italian package also includes the channels of public broadcaster Rai.

Cologne operator NetCologne has already included the KabelKiosk Italian package in its offering.

KabelKiosk recently also launched a Turkish package comprising 18 channels, taking it to a total of 32 foreign-language channels aimed at expatriates and minorities in Germany.
