PeerTV to list on London AIM

Internet TV technology company PeerTV is to float on the London Alternative Investment Market (AIM).

The offer for shares will be open to institutional and retail investors. 

The company is seeking to raise up to £6m (€6.85m) gross in new equity capital to enable it to capitalise on opportunities in the internet TV market.  Libertas Capital Corporate Finance has been named as adviser and broker. PeerTV reported revenues of US$5m for the six months to June, up from US$3.5m (€3.6m) for the same period last year. Net income for the first half of was US$200,000.
