Arqiva wins Cineworld deal

Arts Alliance Media has sold media services provider Arqiva’s Digital Cinema Platform to UK film exhibitor Cineworld.

The Cineworld cinema circuit will be fitted with Arqiva’s professional receiver equipment alongside Arts Alliance Media’s theatre management system. This enables the electronic delivery of digital cinema packages (advertising, trailers and feature films), as well as live content, via Arqiva’s digital cinema platform on the Intelsat IS905 satellite.
