Comstar-UTS adds Disney to regional networks

Russian service provider Comstar-UTS has added Disney Channel to the services it offers in the countrys regions outside Moscow.
Comstar-Regions will offer Disney Channel, which launched on ComstarÂs Moscow network in August, in cities across 24 regions in Russia.
