IBC just short of 50,000 visitors

This year’s IBC trade show in Amsterdam has bounced back from last year’s recession, recording 48,164 visitors as of Monday evening, 10% more than the 2009 figure, making the 2010 show the second best-attended ever, after 2008.

The show’s organisers have also reported that 80% of exhibitors have re-booked for next year, up from the 70% re-booking figure at the same stage in 2009.
