Lovefilm names new directors

Lovefilm, the DVD rental firm and online movie streaming service, has added two new non executive directors across Europe.

The company has added Kristian Segerstrale in the UK and Roland Steindorf in Germany. Segerstrale is co-founder and chief executive of gaming firm Playfish, which was recently acquired by Electronic Arts for £260m (€312m), while Steindorf is head of the supervisory board of German IPTV operator Versatel and co-founder of investment and consulting firm ORAD.
