Orange tie-up with TPS Star set for September completion

France Telecom’s Orange IPTV service and the TPS Star channel pay-TV operator Canal Plus are set to finalise a tie-up by the end of September, according to La Tribune newspaper.

TPS Star is likely to adopt the Orange brand but Canal Plus will manage the new entity, including buying content. Negotiations should be concluded in the next few weeks, the paper reports.
