Spanish media group Prisa could be forced to divest its stake in pay-TV platform Digital Plus by Telefónica and Mediaset-owned Telecinco, according to local reports.

Earlier this year, Prisa struck a merger deal with US-based Liberty Acquisition Holding ahead of a planned flotation on the New York stock exchange.
