UPC welcomes Tele2 advertising ruling

Cable operator UPC Netherlands has welcomed a court ruling that upheld its complaint against an advertising campaign launched by telco Tele2 for its analogue resale product, which it offers over the cable networks of UPC and Ziggo.

Tele2 has advertised analogue cable for €5 month, but UPC complained that this was misleading as the tariff was only available to subscribers that took a package of other products costing much more.
