Virgin Media appoints corporate broker

Cable operator Virgin Media has appointed Goldman Sachs as its sole corporate broker.

“This appointment reflects Virgin Media’s commitment to maintain best-in-class relations with investors globally. It follows both the completion of its refinancing programme with the support of Goldman Sachs and other banking business partners, and last October’s successful secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange,” the UK company said.
