Moscow city network provider MGTS, owned by Comstar-UTS, had 300,000 broadband customers at the end of the first half of this year, up by 50,000 since January.
The company attributed the growth, which gives it a 10.8% share of the Moscow broadband market, to a flexible tariff policy and the implementation of triple-play services.
