Comedy Central HD gets Virgin Media launch

Cable operator Virgin Media will add Comedy Central HD to its line-up from September

The channel will offer existing titles including Two and a Half Men, 30 Rock and South Park in HD in addition to new UK commissions. Virgin Media will also make some programmes available via its on-demand service.

The launch of Comedy Central HD brings the total number of HD channels available on Virgin Media to 26.
