Multimedia Polska to migrate VoIP service to Cedar Point platform

Polish cable operator Multimedia Polska has chosen Cedar Point to deliver voice-over-IP switching gear to deliver SIP-based voice services to new and current customers.

Multimedia Polska will deploy Cedar Point’s Safari C3 multimedia switching system to deliver PacketCable 2.0/IMS-based services throughout its footprint. The operator plans to migrate its TDM and VoIP subscribers from existing platforms to the Cedar Point platform to simplify service delivery and provide more cost-effective and reliable services over a single infrastructure.
