Sky Deutschland to re-acquire ad firm

Sky Deutschland is set to buy back online advertising firm Premium Media Solutions, which it sold two years ago, according to local reports.

Sky’s board is understood to have approved the acquisition, which will be confirmed on Thursday. The German pay-TV operator will purchase a majority of the company from media firm Christian Unterseer, which acquired its stake in 2008. The price of the takeover will likely be in the low single-digit million euro range.
