Orange can continue to bundle channels, says court

France’s highest court has ruled that France Télécom/Orange can continue to bundle its premium sports and movie channels with broadband services.

The Cour de Cassation’s ruling confirms a ruling made last year by the Paris court of appeal, meaning that Orange can continue to provide its channels exclusively to its own broadband subscribers.
