Russian service provider Comstar-UTS has received a voluntary tender offer from mobile player MTS for up to 9% of its shares.
MTS is to pay RUB220 (5.67) per Comstar share. The move follows the June 25 announcement by the boards of MTS and Comstar approving and recommending the merger of the two companies.
