TMC and NT1 undergo reshuffle

French digital terrestrial channels TMC and NT1 are to undergo a major executive shuffle following their acquisition by commercial broadcaster TF1.

Last month, TF1 acquired 100% of NT1 and a further 40% stake in TMC  – taking its share to 80% – and the company is installing a single management team to run the channels. TF1 deputy managing director, scheduling, Jean Francois Lancelier will become vice president for TMC and NT1, sharing the position with TMC managing director Caroline Got. Xavier Gandon will become programming director for both channels.
