YouSee strikes on-demand deal with TV2

Danish cable operator YouSee has struck a deal with commercial broadcaster TV2 that will see TV2 Sputnik subscribers continue to get access to all movies from the YouSee Cinema video-on-demand service.

TV2 Sputnik is TV2’s internet movie service. YouSee will offer access to its movies on-demand as part of the TV2 Sputnik service. The cable operator saw 300,000 movies ordered by subscribers over cable, IPTV and the internet last year, which it expects to see grow to one million for 2010.
