Stream-TV adds home photo and picture-in-picture services

Russian pay-TV provider Stream-TV has added new functionality to its service.

The Comstar-UTS-owned service has added Stream Photo, which allows viewers to upload personal photos via a portal and view them on their TV sets. Stream-TV has also launched a picture-in-picture feature, enabling viewers to see what is showing on other channels while continuing to view the original channel. The service is available to Stream-TV subscribers with AmiNET 130 set-tops from UK set-top provider Amino.
