French media group NextRadioTV has had its acquisition of digital terrestrial broadcaster Cap 24 approved by the commercial court in Paris.
NextRadioTV has paid 1.5m for the regional station, which currently broadcasts in Paris and the Ile-de-France region, and intends to relaunch it as a business news channel over the next few months.
