Sky Sports subscribers to get access to Sky Mobile and Sky Player

UK pay-TV provider BSkyB is to give bonus access from July 12 until the end of the year to Sky Mobile TV and Sky’s online TV service Sky Player.

The offer means that for a single monthly subscription, Sky Sports subscribers will be able to access sports content via mobile devices and PCs, including Apple’s iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad devices via the Sky Mobile TV app.

Separately, Hallmark Channel has launched in HD on the BSkyB platform, taking the number of HD channels available on Sky to 45.
