France 24 expands distribution

French international news channel France 24 has secured carriage with a number of additional platform operators.

In France, the channel is available in three channels on the Dartybox platform, meaning it is now on all DSL platforms in France.

The channel has also recently struck deals for carriage on Belgacom’s IPTV service. The English-language version of the channel is also available on Sky Italia in Italy. France 24 has also struck carriage deals with UPC Czech Republic and has joined the Canal Digital service in the Nordic region on the Thor 6 satellite.
