Troubled German cable operator Primacom has avoided insolvency after securing a 15m credit line.
This agreement, with a range of banks, means that the company no longer has to file for insolvency protection. The company, which is currently owned by Escaline-Orion, has also secured an extension for several months for payment of Â15m worth of loans.
